"I started taking classes at thebodybar(re) when I was 3 months postpartum. Throughout both of my pregnancies I experienced hip flexor and pelvis issues, so I had to be careful working out. Jenny and Claire have taught me once again to focus on proper alignment and position while working out the most difficult areas to reach in any other work out.
